Dialing rules for sending out fax
For virtual fax user:
- You need prefix 1 for any numbers in North America.
- You do NOT need prefix 011 for any international numbers.
For ATA fax user:
AudioCodes ATA (Blue)
- You need prefix 1 for any numbers in North America or you CAN omit it (the system will put 1 automatically if you omit it).
- You DO need prefix 011 for any international numbers.
SecureFax-ATA (White)
- You need prefix 1 for any numbers in North America.
- You do NOT need prefix 011 for any international numbers.
