The FaxSIPitATA connects directly to a customer’s fax machine and allows reliable and secure faxing through an IP network. It uses HTTPS (TLS) file transfer and has tighter integration with the portal. Here is how to add one to an account.

If you are familiar with the Blue ATA activation, activating a white ATA is similar and much simpler. In the portal account for a user enter the MAC address of the white ATA, select a number and then click save. Connect a network cable to the WAN port and connect the phone port of the ATA to the fax machine using an RJ11 cable. Now power on the white ATA.
